Etisalat gives more emphasis on bringing its services closer to its customers and has an island wide distribution network which comprises of more than 25,000 communication outlets to make its Refresh Cards and Reloads available to the customer.
- Customers can top up their account by purchasing a reload from the range of Rs.50.00 to Rs.2000.00
Or - They could buy a Refresh Card in the value of Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 150, Rs 450, Rs 500 or Rs 1000
and use any of the below mentioned methods to top up their Pre-paid account.

1. Dial *333 from your Etisalat phone and follow the Instructions
2. Dial *336<pin number> from your phone and listen to the confirmation message
3. SMS your card PIN number to 333
4. Dial #133*<pin number>#
Etisalat partners with Tritel
Customer convenience throughout the Island with "Etisalat" extended re-load services.
Etisalat partnership with Tritel will enable our customers to reload their connection by just inserting coins into a Tritel phone booth located Island wide. There are approximately 1600 Tritel phone booths Island wide. Customer convenience at its best, as this service will be available at locations such as railway stations, bus stands, hospitals etc. The key features of this service are the availability & convenience for our customers to reload at any given time of the day (24 hours) with a minimum reload of Rs. 20.
How to Reload Your Etisalat Number
1. Lift handset
2. Insert coins for required reload amount - minimum amount Rs.20
3. Dial - 9 'amount ' your number
