The greetings are available in Sinhala, English and Tamil languages. In addition to the pre recorded greetings customers have the option of composing their own fun greeting and this service has the option of remaining anonymous or to identify whom the sender is.

Voice Mail Service
Voice mail is a user recorded voice message or a default voice message to which a caller is directed to in case the mobile phone is switched off or out of the coverage area. The caller can leave a voice message after listening to the recording. The System also allows to control and administrate voice mail account using the internet.. Customize and configure your voice mail box and notification method by dialing 131 from your mobile or by accessing the web.
This service is mostly required by people who do not wish to be disturbed at times and also customers can use this service instead of the Missed Call Notification service, because the customer will get a SMS notifying him on all calls he received while out of reach.

"Star Dial" also known as “voice SMS service” allows you to send a voice message with out calling the person you wish to contact. All you have to do is dial *followed by the number you wish to call and record your message.

"Call -A-Tune" or Personalized Ring Back tones replace the conventional “ring ring” tone the others hear when they are calling you. This offers you many options to express your self to the people who contact you. You can select a wide range of "Call-A-Tunes" in Sinhala, Tamil, English, Hindi, Instrumental, Seasonal songs as well as Funny Tunes to personalize your ring back tone. You will be allowed to download up to 6 "call--tunes" and two Call-A-Tunes can be dedicated for two individual unique numbers.

When you are calling a Etisalat number, if you hear a Call-A-Tune that you would like to have; Copy-A-Tune service allows you to copy that Tune to your random album very easily by just pressing the star (*) button.
