Job Profile

 

 

He / She will be assisting with execution of employee engagement survey in the organization and metrics that will enable the organization to track employee engagement progress.
Required to coordinate with Senior Management and Department Heads in the process of execution of strategies and create a demonstrable link between engagement and desired strategic goals including assisting with organizing awareness sessions to enable Department Heads to analyze their own data and build action plans
Organizing engagement activities with the Senior Management to serve as a link between management and employees by attending to employee related quires by interpreting and administering contracts and supporting to resolve work-related issues
Responsible to handle employee medical  insurance and  medical schemes of the company

Job Profile

Responsible for exploring new opportunities in order to provide Enterprise solutions

He/she will be in-charge of project management in order to co-ordinate and collaborate with engineering and tech partners to design, deploy and maintain enterprise solutions
Work closely with large / SME sales teams to provide necessary support for the solutions portfolio and to grow

Assistant Manager - Legal & Investigations

 

Job Profile

Manage all litigation related matters  - i.e. attending courts, labour tribunals, labour department etc.
Support Manager Legal in drafting, reviewing, executing and managing commercial contracts and any related matters as assigned
Overlook the investigations function – i.e. assist in and attend inquiries at the police, SEC, CID and other regulatory bodies, both in Colombo and out-station
Support in the maintenance of the legal database for all commercial contracts, leases, MOUs and other documents in the legal data management system

Candidates Profile

Job Profile

 

Undertake the identification and evaluation of  audit risk areas relating to Technology through a risk-based audit methodology, and manage the preparation of the IT & Technical annual audit plan based on the identified risks
Manage IT & Technical audits to ensure the adequacy of audit scope, the adequacy of testing performed, and the accuracy of conclusions reached
Manage the audit assignments independently and escalate as may be required to Head of Internal Audit (HoIA)
Ensure that audit procedures are strictly adhered to, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documentation of Technology processes and procedures
Conducting interviews, develop and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers and draft audit report for close conference with auditee
Communicate the results, findings and recommendations of audit projects via written reports and face-to-face presentations on a timely basis to the management and HoIA
Ensure internal audit activities are carried out in compliance with International standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards) and IIA Code of Ethics

Coordination with other technical teams and non-technical teams to rectify network performance related issues
