Job Profile

ENGINEER - VAS OPERATIONS

 

Job Profile

 

 

Implementation and configuration of different VAS solutions
Coordinate integration activities between VAS platforms with Core network, LAN, charging systems and the third party content providers
Ensure timely delivery of content through VAS solutions
Operation and Maintenance of the hardware and software of VAS nodes (SMSCs, USSD GWs ,IVR etc)
Analyze technical issues and provide second level support for customer care
Ensure timely backups of all the important data in the VAS nodes

 

 

Candidates Profile

 

 

Should possess a BSc in Telecommunication from a recognized university; Qualification in CCNA is an added advantage

Job Profile

 

Responsible for optimization of 2G & 3G / RF Network Planning and Optimization of mobile networks
Proposing necessary solutions to improve performance in the assigned  region
Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunication networks within the assigned geographical area
Plan and Interact with customers to fulfill their requirements whenever required and to resolve any issue related to radio access network to  support commercial strategy of the company
Prepare coverage plans, conduct survey and identify suitable locations of base stations
Identify and propose capacity expansions to cater growing network capacity requirements
Handle customer complaints and prepare technical strategy to improve customer experience

 

Candidates Profile

 

Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
Should possess end-to-end technical related knowledge in Radio Access Network
Good knowledge in the fundamentals of GSM /WCDMA/LTE systems

SENIOR ENGINEER OR ENGINEER - PS CORE OPERATIONS

 

Job Profile

 

Perform all operational and maintenance duties of PS-core network and related systems, by working as the secondary owner of the secondary PS-Core Operations Center 
Coordinate with other divisions to ensure the high availability of Broadband and other data services / high QoE to customers
Liaise with vendors for technical support for troubleshooting PS-Core related issues and new implementations
Liaise with other departments to implement and integrate Broadband systems and services
Perform all operational and maintenance duties of PCRF, PCEF and SPR systems, whilst working as the primary owner of the PCC systems
Implement data add on packages by configuring necessary charging logics in PCRF and PCEF
Identify & implement necessary optimizations in order to ensure quality and reliability of PCC systems and enterprise services
Analyze and maintain KPIs of PCC systems above threshold values
Provide technical support to design, implement and provide customer support for enterprise solutions and based on customer complains

 

Candidates Profile

 

Degree in Engineering ; having an MBA or MSc will be an added advantage
Professional qualifications in CCNA and CCNP from a regocnized university or institute; having CCIE will be an added advantage
Possess good knowledge in IP (Internet Protocols) Communication / GSM and UMTS standards and its architectures / PS-Core network architecture and its basics / IP routing and basics of IP / PCC systems / PCRF scripting / MySQL

Job Profile

Support Manager - Legal in drafting, reviewing, executing and managing commercial contracts and any related matters as assigned

Maintain and adhere to agreed SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in execution of lease agreements and MOUs

Job Profile

 

Undertake the identification and evaluation of  audit risk areas relating to Technology through a risk-based audit methodology, and manage the preparation of the IT & Technical annual audit plan based on the identified risks
Manage IT & Technical audits to ensure the adequacy of audit scope, the adequacy of testing performed, and the accuracy of conclusions reached
Manage the audit assignments independently and escalate as may be required to Head of Internal Audit (HoIA)
Ensure that audit procedures are strictly adhered to, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documentation of Technology processes and procedures
Conducting interviews, develop and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers and draft audit report for close conference with auditee
Communicate the results, findings and recommendations of audit projects via written reports and face-to-face presentations on a timely basis to the management and HoIA
