Call Centre Executive

Job Profile

  • To provide speedy and accurate solutions to customer complaints and enquiries
  • Responsible for the delivery of best service to customers to ensure high level of service standards

Candidates Profile

  • Resilient individual with flexibility in working hours
  • Should be between the age of 19-25 years
  • Experience in call centre/ customer care will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala, both written & spoken ( Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Should possess a good track record of secondary education
  • A young and dynamic individual with can do attitude

Accounts Executive

Job Profile

  • Monitoring of all company fixed assets and coordinating with other departments to ensure existence of assets
  • Ensure the mitigation of all company risks through the maintenance of proper insurance schedules related to fixed assets
  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of physical verification of fixed assets
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, accounting entries, reconciliations and presentations
  • Assist in the documentation of fixed assets and maintaining fixed assets registered
  • Facilitating the implementation of internal controls and ensures compliance with internal controls of the Company
  • Job requires travelling within country as and when needed

Candidate Profile

  • Should have a Degree from a recognized University preferably in the fields of Management or equivalent or;
  • Should be partly qualified in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Should be between the age of 21-28 years
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferably covering the requirements of the job profile
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, handling many responsibilities concurrently and meeting all deadlines
  • Should possess comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards and Principles
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • A committed individual with excellent analytical, presentation and team working skills
