1.) Who is entitled to this service?
All Etisalat customers who have a commercial bank account.

2.) How can I get USSD banking service?
Hand over your mobile banking application to your branch or directly mail to eBanking Centre. Once the application is processed you will receive a PIN which is required to access the system would be sent via a sms.

3.) What are the services that I can operate through this?
a. Balance Enquiry (All commercial bank Accounts)
b. Credit card enquiries and transactions
c. Mini statements
d. Etisalat bill payment and reload
e. Utility Bill Payments eg: CEB, Water bills etc.
f. Exchange rates
g. Fund transfers (own and nominated)- including other banks
h. PIN change



4.) How do I use USSD banking facility?

  • Dial #8823#
  • Select the service
  • Bill payment, topup, fund transfer etc
  • Enter PIN number
  • Do the transaction


5.) How much customers are charged?
Commercial bank will charge a one-off registration fee of Rs.250/-
Rs. 2 + tax per session ONLY.
Eg: if you do three transactions during a one session( eg: bill payment, fund transfer and balance check), you will be charged ONLY Rs. 2 + tax.

8.) What procedure should I follow to get a new PIN?
Commercial Bank needs a written request to re-set your PIN. You may forward that via fax or email or you could hand it over to the nearest branch.

No



10.) Can I pay my Etisalat postpaid bill through this?
Yes, Under the TOPUP menu, you can do this.



11.) Can I reload my Etisalat mobile using this service?
Yes, Under the TOPUP menu, you can do this.



12.) Will there be a service charge to pay my Etisalat bills?
No. There is no service charge.



13.) What are the other payments that I can do through this?
All utility payments. E.g.: Electricity bills for both CEB and LECO, Water bills etc.
